I have tested everything with select queries in SQL Studio (not update), and all looks well. I was hoping for a second set of eyes to review these and verify that we are not missing anything. We see that we cannot do this using the Orion SDK, or a VRA Plugin, though both are being worked on.Ī contractor developed the SQL queries below, that we would like to use to get IPs. We are currently working to automate our VM deployment process using vRealize Automation (VRA). Is this a bug? Has it been resolved? OR are there equivalent queries I can run to replicated the functions of the IPAM.SubnetManagement method. I saw this on another post too, but it was older and no remedy to the issue. + FullyQualifiedErrorId : SwisError,SwisPowerShell.InvokeSwisVerb + CategoryInfo : InvalidOperation: (:), FaultException`1 + Invoke-SwisVerb $swis IPAM.SubnetManagement GetFirstAvailableIp. When I try the Invoke-SwisVerb with the same account I get:Įn D:\PowerShell\orion_ipam.ps1: 25 Carácter: 1 Get-SwisData $swis 'SELECT TOP 1 I.IpAddress FROM IPAM.IPNode I WHERE Status=2 AND I.Subnet.DisplayName = ''10.8.63.0/24'''īut I dont know all the SQL commands to perform all the tasks that you can with the cmdlets. I have everything set up according to the TWACK documentation but none of the IP Address Cmdlets are letting me perform actions, however THIS does work
